1. The service
VELORA is provided by Adel Ramzy as an independent developer at 44 avenue Duquesne, 75007 Paris, France. It helps users discover places, compare available routes, organise travel, review country guidance, view reference exchange conversions and receive source-aware recommendations.
2. Important limitations
VELORA is not an emergency service or a substitute for official government, border, transport, medical, legal, safety or financial advice. Live availability, routes, prices, exchange results and opening information can change. Confirm consequential information with the cited provider or authority.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, a strong unique password and activity under your account. Do not share access credentials. You may use guest mode where offered and can delete a client account from within the app.
4. Purchases
App downloads and in-app purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s terms. Prices, taxes, refunds and territorial availability may be controlled by Apple. A non-consumable entitlement can be restored using the same Apple Account, subject to App Store rules.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape protected content, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, reverse engineer restricted components or use VELORA to harm others.
6. External services and commercial links
Maps, rates, bookings and other external services may have their own terms and availability. Affiliate or sponsored links, if activated, are clearly labelled; VELORA may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Payment does not control emergency guidance or falsely change organic safety information.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every feature, destination or provider will always be available. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Consumer rights, privacy and contact
